I've recently had a lot and I mean a lot of interest in Bernal again. And really why not. The views are outstanding and so is the weather. Prices are still reasonable and it still carries with it some traditional San Francisco Architecture. Here are a few modest picks that I plan on dropping in tomorrow.
Mission District: $899,000 3bedroom 1 bath
Bernal Heights: $1,050,000 2bedroom 2 bath
Bernal Heights 2 bedroom 1 bath: $899,000

Buyers remorse, 4 Homes under $2 Million and an Inner Richmond Fixer!
There are more and more listings coming on the market as we head towards spring. But really not as many as some of us would like. I am still seeing low inventory on the market and properties that are closing fast. You have to be nimble in this market. So if you see it and like it be prepared to move. Deals are being made by those that are ready to commit.
With that said a recent study came out by CAR that outlined buyers remorse. We all get it. Heck, I get buyers remorse when I go to the grocery store. But I know what I bought was good because I researched what I like to eat.
In California knowing what buyers know now 39% would buy a different sized or differently priced home in a different neighborhood. Here in SF there's an easy way around this. Know and understand your district or neighborhood completely. I mean go out to dinner, go for a bike ride or stop by the store and start a conversation. This will give you the reassurance you need once you've purchased your home.
Here are a few detached homes to move on in the meantime!
$1,395,000 Bernal Heights 3bed 3 bath.
$1,279,000 Bernal Heights Cottage 2 bedroom 2 bath
$1,595,000 Bernal Heights 3 Bedroom 2 bath
$1,499,000 Noe Valley 3 bedroom 2 Bath
And an Inner Richmond 3 bedroom 3 bath Fixer!
