Inner Richmond Find

After touring most of the day exploring San Francisco's amazing top listings, my eyes actually lit up at a quaint home in the Inner Richmond. Without hesitation I sped quickly over the hill and through Golden Gate Park to land on Fulton St. With a close proximity to Golden Gate Park and a short drive to Ocean beach this home is close enough to commute downtown yet far enough away from the crowded Mission and Noe Valley. A relief for me who is consistently fighting for a parking space during the tour.

At first I was turned off by the green exterior, but as soon as I entered I could really see why they chose the color. The essence of this home provides the relaxed atmosphere of a Sunday stroll through Golden Gate Park. There is a nice in-law downstairs, a spacious backyard, Garage for 2 and 2 bedrooms with an office upstairs. Best of all… Its listed at $899K.

With San Francisco's projected growth and this listings proximity to some of the cities best weekend secrets, this home is a steal. I don't expect it to last long. Im always asked by friends and clients to find an affordable "Home" (meaning a house in most cases) in San Francisco, Well my friends here is one. While comparatively $899K is a lot to ask nationally. In a city like ours filled with new money, old money and the goliath workforce of Silicon Valley I see tremendous potential and value. A home that will grow with the new owners and the market.
